The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced 50,187 vacancies for the Constable (General Duty) post in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF, and Rifleman (GD), Assam Rifles. The CBE will be held in two shifts. The first shift will be held from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and the second shift will be held from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The CBE will consist of two papers:
* Paper 1: General Intelligence and Reasoning
* Paper 2: General Knowledge and Quantitative Aptitude
The PET and PST will be conducted for those candidates who qualify in the CBE. The PET will consist of 1000 meters running, 800 meters carrying weight, and 9 feet long jump. The PST will consist of height, chest, and weight measurements.
The final selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in the CBE, PET, and PST.
